Features:
- It is used for window-door, curtain wall, aluminum profile, rail transportation, refrigeration components, bathroom hardware, ship building and ship repair, aluminum bronze accessories, industrial aluminum, nonferrous metal and light section steel structure and other processing for drilling, milling and other list of processing.
- The full set is servo motor control system, and use Yaskawa brand from Japan,electronic component use Schneider from France, make sure quality. Equipped with professional CAM Processing software and PA system from Germany enable easy visualization of complex processing.
- Designed the moving work table for material, and moving box.
- The list of processing about drilling, milling, tapping into one clamping.
- The body is welding by steel tube with high quality and be processed by scratch push, so it is stability and strong steel.
- Ball screw used TBI, guide rail used THK from Taiwan, UUC rack from Taiwan keep high precision.
- Using turret type 16 tool from Taiwan enhanced the efficiency of automatic tool changing. Adjacent cutter replacement rate of 2.5 seconds
- Double location design, the machine goes on working when feeding profiles interactively, which makes the equipment improve efficiency greatly.
- At low speed, the maximum output of Servo spindle motor is 23.9 Nm,at high speed,can be up to 11000 RPM, can be used to process heavy steel and copper, aluminum alloy material
- It is equipped with lock tool apron, which makes it convenient to change the cutters.
- All the components adopt batch-type feed system, central lubrication; the cutters adopt freezing spray system to cooling, which can improve the life and working depth of work piece.
- The cutters adopt Accue-Lube which is semi-open type cooling system in America. This is EHS.
- Use plant oil to spray, lubricate once half an hour.
- There is safe photo electricity protection screen in the front of the machine, equipped with the location of machine head detection, the location of operators detection to insure the safe of operators.
- Has bar code scanner function,scan to the label of profile, use with CIMS system , to save manpower, reduce the error logging, improve production efficiency.
