Main structures and characteristics
Characteristics
♦ The machine consists of two parts which are the three-hole drill and the copying mill. After clamping positioning one time, it can finish milling and drilling of two sides. Among in the three-hole drill part, three drilling milling cutter is driven by electric motor. Three holes processing can be achieved by cutting feed handle. Copying milling can be achieved by left hand act in connect with right hand to operate copying pole, move along copying template outline on the contact terminal of copying pole and milling cutter copy.

♦The machine is made up of three hole drilling parts, copy router parts, clamping device, orientate device, electrical systems, pneumatic systems.Three hole drilling parts
♦Electrical Motor drives three relatively fixed position drilling cutter through gear box bits by an electrical machinery through the to revolve, through enters causes connection to the handle in double guide pole on to skid, and realizes three holes processing.
Copy router parts
♦Electrical Motor drives a milling cutter through the belt pulley to revolve, carries on the profiling processing in under two levels of profiling copying pole guidance. Two levels of profiling copying pole, its diameter are same with the milling cutter diameter, therefore, may according to 1: 1 relations carry on the milling processing,
is passed by the milling components with the profiling paneling passes consistent completely.
Note: The spray device of copying milling is used for processing aluminum profile.
Two-stage copying contact terminal pole
♦Diameter of twostage copying contact terminal pole is the same with milling cutter. (Contact terminal pole is adjusted according to diameter of milling.
