This machine is designed through absorbing the technology of the high-speed aluminum alloy rod breakdown machine of Nihoff company. It works to reduce alloy aluminum rod or pure aluminum rod from diameter 9.5 mm or 12 mm into 1.8 mm~4.5 mm.
This machine has capstans arranged in a straight row to draw the rod by means of slipping continuously. Mechanical performance is well matched with the electrical system in terms of speed. It is easy to change dies, and bobbins are changed automatically without stop.
This machine is featured with easy operation, high efficiency and good quality of product.
