CWF Series sewage cutting pump is centrifugal sewage discharge pump with open impeller. The pump can crush the soft dirt into the domestic sewage and discharge them. The sewage fluid is lower than 85 degree Celsius. The maximum diameter of solid particle of soft sewage after being crushed is not more than 5mm. The ump is also suitable to crush the solidified marine heavy oil at low temperature and to facilitate injection.
CWF Series sewage pump is for centrifugal sewage pump with open impeller which adopts new technology. Blade at impeller and pump inlet is equipped to crush sewage. Shaft seal of the pump adopts double frame oil seal. The oil can be addd with lubricating oil to seal by the oil pressure filling cup on the pump body.
The connection between the pump body is with 1.5 taper 4 studs to fix the pump in order to disassembly the pump when check and repair the pump. The person is not easy to contact the dirt of the sewage.
CWF Sewage pump is directly connected with motor (close coupling). The rotary direction is clockwise from the pump suction end.
