Introduction

RunGel real-time detection electrophoresis was applied in onventional nucleic acid 

gel electrophoresis separation;Suitable for realtime gel electrophoresis;Suitable for rapid DNA fragment scanning and screening;Suitable for quick and easy nucleic acid fragment recycling.

Features

Four, product configuration:
RunGel system (equipped with orange spectral filter), 12 x 12 cm plastic tray, 12 x 6 cm plastic tray, 6 x 12 cm plastic tray, 6 x 6 cm plastic plate and comb 1 set.
Five, the fragments of nucleic acid recovery process:
1. The system of glue: use a standard preparation electrophoresis of tooth comb to make 2 lines matching hole, a row of holes for "the hole", another hole to hole "recycling";
2. Transfer through the blue rubber sheet to electrophoresis groove, the electrophoresis tank on the base;
3. Add enough buffer to cover gel, remove tooth comb electrophoresis, the DNA sample on to the top of the sample holes;
4. Cover the electrophoresis tank lid, connect the power cord, switch on, open the blue light transmission light source;
5. By real-time observation of nucleic acid electrophoresis tank cover migration;
6. When nucleic acid stripe migration into the recycling hole, turn off the power supply, open the electrophoresis tank cover, the recovery of DNA fragments by pipetting gun directly.
