Disassembly and Reassembly of GLL Shell and Tube Coolers
1. Close the inlet and outlet valves, drain the oil and water, and then remove the cooler from the system.
2. Remove end cap, sealing gasket, return water cap at the other end and O-ring in sequence. Pull tube east from shell by fixed plate end.
3. When reassembling, check whether the gasket and O-ring are in good condition. When assembling, do not touch the work, adjust the seals properly, and conduct leakage test after all are installed. 1.0 Mpa compressed air is introduced from the oil side outlet. If there is water flowing from the water side outlet, the leakage will be in good condition. If the leakage is caused by the rupture of the copper tube, the two ends of the tube can be blocked by the pipe plug, and the number of heat exchanger tubes blocked does not exceed 10% of the total number.
