Introduction

The prestressed intelligent tensioning system adopts liquid crystal touch screen and PLC programming control system. The structure is simple and the performance is stable and reliable. A digital pressure meter is installed on the high pressure oil pump, and a displacement sensor is mounted on the jack. During the tensioning process, the oil pump pressure and the jack elongation are transmitted to the computer through the sensor to the PLC control box, and the computer is controlled to synchronize the two ends at the same time, and the data can be printed in real time.
