Bauxite rotary kiln is mainly composed of rotary part, supporting part, transmission device, kiln hood, kiln head seal, combustion device, etc.
The plate of kiln mouth and the return ladle of kiln end are cast in blocks, which are convenient to install, have high heat resistance and corrosion resistance, wear resistance, inner cooling air in the cold air sleeve of kiln head, and can be used for uniform cooling of kiln head barrel and kiln mouth plate, making it more safe and reliable.
Kiln hood adopts large volume, open kiln door structure, make air flow more stable. Kiln head, kiln end seal adopt radial friction labyrinth, fish scale double seal form, simple structure, easy maintenance.
The combustion system adopts four channel pulverized coal burner with fuel injection igniter.
Working principle of Bauxite rotary kiln
Bauxite is broken and screened to remove powder particles, then calcined in a rotary kiln.
Bauxite is burned with fuel to a specified temperature to give it physical properties suitable for various uses, and then calcined.
After the material is cooled, it is stored for bulk transportation.
