Product Description:
Rotary kiln is the key equipment in cement industry for calcinating clinker. It is also used in varies industries, such as metallurgy, Chemical, building, rehractory material, environmental production, etc. The kiln is composed of the cylindrical shell, roller supporting device with thrust roller, driving gear unit movable kiln hood, sealing device at kiln inlet, coal dust pipe device etc.
For the convenient maintenance, The bigger model rotary kiln will be matched auxiliary transmission device supporting the kiln rotation with very slow speed. In order to prevent the dust , cold air and smoke overflow the cylinder, we special design the reliable sealing in the kiln head and tail. There are also designed temperature testing device and sample taking hole in the cylinder, also special designed pressure testing elements in the kiln head. For bigger model kiln, There is matched infrared thermometer to monitor the temperature of cylinder.

The Features and Benefits of Ceramic Rotary Kiln:
1. Support device: advanced shaft structure, automatic temperature measuring device and electrical heating device.
2. Catch wheel: including mechanical wheel and hydraulic pressure catch wheel.
3. Gears: single or double. The rotating speed is controlled by regulating motor, DC motor or variable frequency and speed regulation motor. Be reliable, energy-saving and efficient.
4. Cylinder tyre bolster: lower bolster has three types: fixed, zoom and floating. Its structure is simple, replacement is convenient and it won't hurt cylinder when it needs a change.
5. Sealing equipment: there are many kinds for choice according to kiln models, including air cylinder edge sealing, spring edge sealing, graphite block sealing and combination for above. The feature is adaptive for cylinder rotating and swing. And sealing effect is very good.
6. Kiln head hood: including stationary type and flexible type.
Ceramic sand rotary kiln cylinder is the transmission part been heated, The kiln cylinder is bended with High-quality sedation steel, and the cylinder is supported on the 2-7 sliding or rolling bearing supporting device . There is also designed mechanical or hydraulic catching roller to control the cylinder axial rotation. The rotary kiln rotate through the transmission gear set in the middle of the kiln.
