G- XKH series product is specially designed for turbine blade machining with high efficiency and accuracy. The machine, which is suitable to process various shapes and materials of blade as well as narrow complicated contour parts, have been widely used in electric power and etc.
Structure :
1.Double Driving of Headstock and Tailstock
Both headstock and tailstock are driven by torque motor, which response fast and have no clearance, which can meets the requirements of high revolving precision, fast rotary speed and interpolation feedback in machining blade.
2.Full Closed-loop Feedback Measurement
Linear grating scale with blowing protection is applied for linear axis (optional), precision angle encoder for revolving and waving axis.
3.Precision electric spindle of large power
The electric spindle with high power features in good rigidity, high precision and quick feedback. The transmission efficiency is increased with low noise and vibration.
4. Precision Transmission Parts
Linear axis adopts precision ball screw and linear guide way, which enhance transmission and machine rigidity.
5.Full Protective Structure
The machine is designed in completely protection, as well as linear axes by stainless steel protection, and electrical cabinet with good dust-free and oil-mist proof.
6.Large-capacity Tool Magazine
Large-capacity tool changer without arm and automatic door are equipped.
7. Servo Control of U Axis
Tailstock is controlled by U axis servo that can adjust relative position between head and tailstock with range of 450mm.
8.Precision Cooling System
Tool cooling with large-volume of over 50L/min and cooler filtering device are applied.
