[Application method]
Using aloe vera silk collagen moisturizing finishing agent, it is recommended to use padding process
◎ padding method:
Dosage: 3-5%
Padding→drying (80-110°C)→high temperature tentering (150-160°C, 30 seconds) with liquid rate 70%
【Precautions】
◎ When the drying temperature is higher than the above recommended value, it will affect the effect of the finishing agent.
◎ If the dipping method is used, please use the small bath ratio process, or use the following process:
Impregnation (bath ratio 1:6-8, 40-60 ° C, 30 minutes) → centrifugal dehydration (removal of the solution) → drying
◎ The natural ingredients in this agent may affect the whiteness of white fabrics.
◎ This product will produce a little sediment after a long time, and it can be used after shaking.
