Prescription: (MKZ-020) 60-110g / L, catalyst 10-20g / L, softener 15-30g / L, penetrant 2g / L, HAC1g / L

Padding: two dip two rolling or one dip one rolling, with a liquid rate of 70-80%, drying and setting 80-100 ° C, retaining moisture content of 10-15%.
Baking: 170-180 ° C, 30-70 seconds or 150-160 ° C, 3-5 minutes.
◎ ready-to-wear finishing
Bath: 15-20 minutes
Dehydration: with liquid rate 70-80%
Drying: retaining moisture content below 15 °C at 15 °C
Shaped baking: 150-165 ° C, 3-5 minutes
