The hygroscopic heat-generating agent has a unique cage structure, which increases the moisture retention of the fabric to be processed, and causes water vapor (sweat steam) to condense into water (sweat), and in this process, heat is generated to make the human body feel warm. This product can be conveniently used in cotton, viscose, polyester, acrylic and other natural, synthetic fibers and blended fabrics. It can be used together with special cross-linking agent oxirane resin to obtain good washability.

【Instructions】
[Paping method]
Dosage: hygroscopic heating process agent ------- 70~140g/L special cross-linking agent --------- 7g/L
Working fluid preparation method: firstly dilute the special cross-linking agent into water (it is recommended to use a high-speed mixer to stir it to completely disperse), then add the hygroscopic heat-generating agent to stir evenly.
Treatment method: two dip two rolling, control the liquid rate is about 70%, drying and setting above 120 °C.
【Immersion method】
Dosage: moisture absorption heating processing agent ------5.0~10.0% (o.w.f), special cross-linking agent ------- 0.5% (o.w.f)
Bath ratio: 1:10; Temperature: room temperature (25 ° C) ~ 40 ° C
Treatment method: firstly add the special cross-linking agent to the water to dilute (it is recommended to use a high-speed mixer to stir it to completely disperse), then add the hygroscopic heat-generating agent to stir evenly, then completely immerse the fabric in the working solution for 10~20 minutes, and dry it. After drying at 80 ° C, the temperature is set at 120 ° C for 1 to 2 minutes.
