【Instructions】
The method for treating the fabric by the antibacterial finishing agent of the fabric may be padding, dipping, spraying, etc., and the general dosage is 2-4%, and the specific amount and usage are determined according to the use, type, composition, and processing equipment of the treated object. Usually, antibacterial finishing and dyeing are processed by the same bath exhaustion method. It is recommended to pre-test before using it with other products.
◎ padding method:
Dissolve, dilute: add water, add fabric antibacterial finishing agent under rapid stirring.
Process operation: fabric → bleaching and dyeing printing → drying → padding antibacterial solution → high temperature tenter
◎ impregnation method:
Process operation: fabric → soak → dehydration → drying
◎ spraying method:
The diluted working fluid is sprayed directly.
