Cutting Saw for Aluminum Profile
1. Features
Used in aluminum door & window and curtain wall profile cutting. Feature Adopt NC technology,
and automatically finish various sizes of profile cutting. Right saw head motion adopts high-lead
ball screw motion, with high transmission accuracy, accurate locating, and balanced work. Serial
optimized length date can be input at the same time to realize continuous cutting. Mishap auto-induction
material pulling rack and right-head compliant material pulling rack give convenient and reliable
profile location and clamp. Imported digital display system automatically displays cutting length
size and quantity; repeated orientation, high precision, easy to operate. High tool motion precision
and high quality cutting due to linear motion pair used in machine guide and feeding device. High
precision and good stability due to input linear guide motion pair in feeding device. High precision
principal axis special for machine tool makes blade operate stably. Uniform speed feeding and
smooth motion due to hydraulic damping cylinder. Double saw head automatically realize cutting
angle transformation between 22.5°(standby),45°and 90°profiles. Imported carbide saw blade gives
high quality of cutting section and high endurance. Self-opening protective cover makes cutting
safe and convenient.
