Brief introduction

Beijing ZhongYuanTong Science and Technology Co., Ltd. We've developed a new non-contact auto cut to length system since 1995.This system is widely suitable for billet , rectangular bloom , slab , round billet, beam blank, flame cut , hydraulic shears, wire shear .

And meanwhile ,which can reach automatically cut to length 1-6 flow billets .This system have been used in 200 casting  AutoCut2012 is a new version of non-contact auto cut to length system , This system take a a new algorithm for automatic identification and tracking, compared with the old version of the length systems, higher cutting precision, stronger anti-interference ability, more stable and reliable operation, improve the yield and quality of the slab, the new system has a powerful database system management functions, and can be customized according to the specific needs of the user.

Working principle

  Cut To Length Line uses dynamic image recognition technology, detects and displays the operation status of hot billet online. Through the camera next to roller collect images into computer, through acceleration module for analog video signal processing and A/D conversion into digital signal. The characteristics of image acquisition to achieve real-time, video input, stereo vision image sequence analysis, moving image display, camera synchronous switching, image processing and video signal synchronization, completely real time transmission and processing effect, meet the technical requirements of the complex. Automatic control device cuts equipment and issues a instructions: pre clamping clampingcutting control signal and so on.

Case of Cut to length system installation 

Signal output method:

Signal is electric relay switch, each strand has a cut signal, amount to 5 signals. The system presets clamping signal, and it can be used according to the scene.

 Working environment:

 (1)  System and the camera normal working temperature: ≤ 70 °C.

 (2)  Medium energy: ~ 220V power supply.

 (3)  Typical camera installation requirements: monitoring the scope of the camera is no obstacle
