This machine is used to clean the oil and plate the chemical on metal zippers. It effectively solves the problem of wasting laboring and chemical solution and environmental pollution.
There is another tank in the machine for collecting filtrated water. This tank has transparent pipe which could be put outside when the water reaches the certain amount. There are three more small tanks on the side in the back of the machine, including two tanks for automatically draining and filtrating water and one tank for collecting chemical solution. The collected water and chemical solution can be used circularly. Differing from the traditional chain turning, this machine works with gear turning. This gear turning system make this machine more flexible, simple, convenient and suitable for more requirements.

Advantages:
1. The used chemical solution can be collected for recycle application, which will reduce the waste in production. Based on 8 hours working, the machine can save 50kgs chemical solution per day.

3. There is no tape rolling and tape loosing process in this machine. One operator can control several machines at the same time, which helps to save the laboring cost.
4. This machine is stable in plating with a little color aberration and high color fastness. As this machine is automatic, it solves the laboring problem.
5. With its high efficiency, this machine can highly reduce the production cost.
