Introduction:

The rotary type discharge valve also known as electric discharge valve, star discharge valve, etc. It consists of motor, tooth differenced planetary gear speed reducer (X) or nylon needle cycloid speed reducer (Z) and turn the dragon tripper. There were two series, 60 kinds of specifications. Import and export flange square for A form, round type B.

Working Principle:

Material from the casing of the inlet into the discharge valve, after falling into a rotating impeller up "V" shaped groove, with the impeller rotation, the material in the tank was taken to the casing below the discharge outlet chute to discharge.

The discharge valve is generally installed at the bottom of the dust ash hopper. In order to ensure the connection of air leakage, it should often keep the height of the dust in the upper portion of the rotary discharge valve. Because of the impeller rotates, the dust impeller turns on the two sides often without dust. So it is easy to make the air leakage. The ash column in order to keep a certain height, and unloaded not empty. The best way is the material level signal facilities equipped inside the hopper, and a chain with discharge valve of the motor.
