The TGFY airlock is used in pneumatic mill stock handling systems for the discharge of every type of ground material following cyclones and with filters. It can be employed as an individual airlock or as part of an airlock array and can be applied for positive or negative pressures.
It can be used for flour, bran, starch, grain, feed, sugar, chemical products, plastic powder material conveying system as the feeders.
Modular design allows easy integration into pneumatic mill stock handling systems.
Due to its modular design, the TGFY airlock can be easily integrated into existing pneumatic mill stock handling systems – the effort required for installation is minimal, which also keeps installation costs to a minimum:
- The airlocks can be conveniently mounted on the platform.
- Thanks to a flexible drive concept, the airlock can be easily integrated into existing systems: The drive can be supplied via gearmotor and standard coupling or slip-on gearing as required.
- TGFY-5L,TGFY-7L and TGFY-9L of the airlock have the same total height, making installation in airlock arrays easier than before.
Low maintenance costs and high operating dependability via robust design.
The robust design increases the operating reliability of the TGFY airlock. Wear is low, leading to reduced maintenance costs.
