APPLICATIONS& TEST PURPOSE:
The machine is used to test bending strength of handle, under specify load on handle slowly, check the fastness of connection between two parts.
DESIGN STANDARD: BS EN 12983-1
STANDARD PARAMETERS:
1. Servo motor actuator generate a maximum vertical force of 250N
2. A 300N force sensor was used to measure and control the force apply.
3. Load apply gradually without shock , to the handle until the load is supported or record the peak force when the fixing system fails.
4. Torque rod diameter: 10±1mm
5. Fixture: tensile and bend fixture each one
6. Out dimension: (L×W×H) 750mm×452mm×875mm
7. Power: 1 phase, AC 220V, 50~60Hz.
