LDV1S LCD Digital Rapid Halogen Moisture Meter
LDV1S Rapid halogen moisture tester is a highly efficient moisture meter, adopting drying & heating apparatus, and high-quality cyclic annular halogen lamp which can heat the samples quickly and evenly. Moisture of the samples can be dried constantly. Automatic real-time display of sample weight, water content, solid content, measure time, heating temperature, etc. Halogen moisture meter adopts international oven-drying method principle. its work efficiency is much higher than that of oven-drying method. Generally, the samples can be measured only in several minutes. It is widely used for moisture determination in all industries.
Application
Rapid determination of moisture in granular, powder, flakes, non-volatile liquid in line of pharmaceutical
industry, chemical industry, electronics and semiconductor industries, plastic materials, rubber, tobacco, tea, food, starch, feed, coal, sand, sewage sludge, dairy and so on.

Operation
①Put the sample into the sample tray evenly;
②Cover the heating cover
③Press the "start" key. Then instrument will work automatically, when measurement is done, it will alarm automatically, the measurement results will display on the LCD.

Notice
1. Halogen Moisture Meter is used to measure the moisture of sample, for any other purpose, please injury us, and do not damage the moisture meter..
2. Be sure to read the instructions before using.
3. Be sure that there is enough space around the moisture meter to avoid heat accumulation and overheating.
4. Do not place flammable materials around the instrument.
5. Please be careful when remove samples after test.
6. In the heating and drying process, heating element temperature will reaches 400 ℃, so do not open or touch the heating unit. If you need to open it, please disconnect the power and wait until it is completely cool.
