There are many kinds of screw..Low smoke halogen free flame retardant cable material contains high fill of magnesium hydroxide and aluminum hydroxide flame retardant agents, so for screw selection generally select special halogen free screw and its compression ratio cannot be too large, generally between 1:1 and 2.5 are more appropriate.
The important factor affect low smoking zero halogen cable basis in extrusion processing,which is extruder cooling device.because the particularity of low smoking no halogen ,because of friction come into heating in extrusion processing,that requires extrusion equipment embody well cooling appliance,can be just control temperature accurately. if the temperature is too high will make the cable surface generate pore,low temperature and can make the current increase , excessive motor load easy to damage the equipment.
