5, barrel
1) material: 45 # steel as matrix, ∞inner hole is made of high quality double alloy bushing;
2) L = 240 mm/section a total of nine section; the first section for feeding barrel,the sixth for natrual exhaust barrel, the eighth for vacuum barrel, the rest of closed barrel.
3) barrel using soft water cooling;
4) adopt socket head high strength bolt connection between shell.
6, heating sections: feeding zone don’t need heating, the other is made of high quality cast aluminum heater.
