Rubber mixing machine

Mixer function:

Put resin,fillers and additive etc into the mixer,through particular shape and relative rotor,under adjustable temperature and pressure airtight condition,continue mixing to polymer.The machine include chamber ,rotor ,rotor sealing pneumatic pressure device to complete material plasticizing and scattered.Through the discharging device,transmission device to complete the feeding program.

For mixer chamber is sealing ,so its environment is clean,For double rotor is not same speed,It have strong shear function.leftover materials of production processing generated can straightly put chamber .the material don’t need  break again.
