1. Machine Application:
LV-CTB series continuous bending furnace is the mainly equipment for processing car windshield glass, with advanced technology and reasonable control of the production process makes this furnace can produce the products in full compliance with the optical properties of automotive glass inspection standard.

3. Machine Main Features:
² All the production process using computer control. Upper IPC computer, the lower is PLC. Infrared thermometers detect glass surface temperatures, the surface temperature of the glass based on the computer automatically changes the furnace wire control program, so that the glass forming a more stable and consistent.

² heating box is designed as box-type structure, good insulation properties, low energy consumption. Observation window quartz glass, high temperature resistant, unbreakable.

² portion of the heating element has a separate lifting mechanism, and each heating element can be separately controlled heating flexible control, manual intervention at any time, especially for deep processing of different shapes of curved glass.
