FD-BM1500/1800/2500/3500-POF-5R-ZH five-layer POF shrink film blowing unit is used to produce five-layer films by flat extrusion and down blowing method and five-layer co-extrusion.
1.Features:
(1) there are two kinds: 5 set extruder or 3 set extruder to produce five layers film.it let customers has more elect. The exclusive unit to produce five-layer films with three extruders is more energy-saving and space-saving and reduces fault rate.
(2) The specially-designed die head structure is furnished with a device for coarse tuning and fine tuning. The fine tuning is precise by a differential bolt, and it is easy to adjust film thickness by matching with a thickness gauge. As the technical requirements on operators are greatly reduced, common workers can operate it easily, and the labor cost is reduced. Meanwhile, the rejection rate is lowered, and production time is prolonged.
(3) Domestic thickness gauge with automatic reset function can realize thickness and precision measurement, and the measuring error is not more than 0.1mu.
(4) Full-automatic coiling machine with tension and taper control can realize automatic cutting, automatic feeding and automatic discharging. It can ensure no excessive tensile deformation happened to ultra-thin film, and uniform degree of tightness inside and outside. Surface coiling and center coiling are available for adapting to use habits of customers, and are more humanized.
(5) It is equipped with a net changer for changing net without shutdown during production, which reduces wastes of raw materials and prolongs the production time.
(6) The unique cooling water jacket structure incorporating, with double forced cooling, efficient is higher, crystallization period shorter, transparence is higher, bubble is stable.
(7) The rotary coiling device is maintenance-free, stable, safe and fault-free.
(8) unique heating and cooling type for second bubble. from small oven out the bubble directly forced cooling, reduce by crystallization period, up transparency and intensity of film.
(9) It can achieve high-speed production with high efficiency and low energy consumption, so it is more environmental and energy-saving.
