This winder is designed for more than 10 m greenhouse film, the MAX. width is 5 meter, the best layers is 8 layers.
main function:
1.1 automatic winding. don't by hand continue the film start off winding, by automatic device to finish.
1.2 automatic cutting. Max. 8 layers film by cut as setting length.
1.3 with carrier roller. even the film width is very big, don't worry the film coil curve as self-weight. the Max. weight is one ton.
1.4 tension automatic control. can be set up the tension as film thickness and layers, and the tension keep constant.
1.5 whole set control system use touch screen of PLC control.
