1. There are two kinds of high temperature and high pressure power station valve standard form, one is to follow the ANSIB16.34 and JISL1E101 introduction of standard type.
2. Another kind is by JB3595 standard gb type. The following temperature - pressure rating is consistent, there is a certain exchange relationship in some duct.
3. The middle part of high pressure gate valve is self-tightening without cover pressure, which has good sealing performance under high temperature and high pressure.
4. The self-sealing ring has two materials, one is low carbon steel and the other is flexible graphite 316 wire (net). The upper layer of the sealing surface is welded with drill base hard alloy, and its pure metal layer after processing is greater than 3mm, with wear-resisting, heat-resisting, corrosion resisting, abrasion resisting and long service life. The two ends of the branch pipe are welded, and the welding can be made according to the standard or user's requirements.
5. This gate valve is suitable for high temperature and high pressure water, steam, oil products and superheated steam pipes of thermal power plant, petrochemical industry, metallurgy, etc.
