IPX5 X6 Waterproof Performance Test Rain Spray Test Chamber
is applied to test the shell's waterproof effect of electronics, automobile and communication,using rainfall simulation to test the product's waterproof performance and assess the product's waterproof performance's loss classification. It's suitable for electrical and electronic products, lamps and lanterns, electrical cabinet, electrical components, automobile, motorcycle parts and other products. It provides the basis to improve the performance of the products.
Water spray test equipment us designed according to the standard of GB/T4942, GB2423.38, DIN40050, JISD0203, IEC60529, GB2423, GB7000.1(IPX3,IPX4), GB4208-1993,(shell protection grade).
Chamber Design Features(Automatic Climatic IP Grade Waterproof Rain Spray Test Machine)
1. Touch screen controller; Transparent window is convenient to observe specimen during testing.
2. Oscillating tubes are stainless steel.
3. Stainless steel nozzles is removable for cleaning or replacing.
4. Nozzles can be turned on or off to adjust the arc of the spray from the tube.
5. Water supply unit includes water filter, pump, flow meter, electromagnetic valve and switch valve.
6. Two available flow rates to meet major standards.
7. Oscillating tube angle can be adjusted freely from 40 ° to almost 360 °
8. Stainless steel specimen support with easy adjustment for height and with two specimen bases.
