1.Product Overview
The surface source blackbody radiation source is the infrared radiation working standard, which is widely used in the process test and technical index test of the identification test in the development process of infrared detectors. It can meet the test needs of infrared thermal imagers widely used in medical, construction, security monitoring, environmental testing and other industries.

3. Product Advantages
1) Novel appearance design, adopting an integrated structure of furnace body and temperature controller.
2) The heating element is insulated from the outer shell, and special software is used for pressure-limited heating, and no high-power power transformer is required.
3) Automatic temperature rise and temperature control method is adopted, which is safe and reliable.
4) Convenient operation, small size and light weight, easy to carry, not only suitable for laboratory calibration, but also for on-site calibration work.
5) Large surface source isothermal blackbody radiation surface, the factory default emissivity is 0.95. If a different emissivity is required, the emissivity can be adjusted between 0.96-1.
7) Automatic intelligent adjustment: Contains MH logic intelligent adjustment function, and advanced control algorithm with parameter self-tuning function.
8) Program control function, the equipment has 10 groups of different program setting interfaces reserved, one-button operation, convenient and fast, meeting the user's various detection point requirements, and improving the user's detection efficiency.
9) The communication interface can be customized RS232 or RS485.
10) The equipment has a memory function, and it can quickly restore to the previous setting state after restarting, without the need to set it up again.

Remark |
For low-temperature surface source blackbody furnace, when the set temperature is lower than the ambient temperature, in order to effectively avoid the problem of frosting on the radiation surface of the blackbody furnace, the blackbody furnace is equipped with an anti-frost cover and nitrogen ventilation pipe. Users need to prepare nitrogen, nitrogen pressure reducing valve and other related supporting equipment. |
