Product Introduction
The black body furnace for infrared thermometers is independently developed and produced by our company. It is mainly used for the calibration of infrared ear thermometers and infrared forehead thermometers. It can also be used for the calibration of infrared body surface screening instruments. It is the most accurate calibration instrument in China.
The production of the black body furnace for infrared thermometers is mainly based on the principle of human bionics. The cavity is placed in the tank. Through the temperature circulation system developed by our company, the stability reaches ±0.01℃. The cavity is formed according to the simple structure of the ear cavity. In addition, the new materials developed by our company are used together. The emissivity can reach more than 0.998. It is an ideal product for calibrating infrared ear thermometers and forehead thermometers.
Product Advantages
1) Novel design, 4.3-inch touch screen, simple operation.
2) Isothermal blackbody cavity, only one cavity, cavity radiation is evenly distributed with the spectrum, and the cavity emissivity is above 0.998.
3) The heating element is insulated from the shell, and special software is used for pressure-limited heating, and no high-power power transformer is required.
4) Automatic temperature rise and temperature control is adopted, which is safe and reliable, with fast heating speed and good temperature stability.
5) Convenient to use and operate, small size and light weight, easy to carry, not only suitable for laboratory calibration, but also for on-site calibration work.
6) Use double-row digital display measurement value and set value parameter setting and other new technologies, high precision, high function, and strong anti-interference ability.
