Series ZYD-M Mobile Trailer mounted type insulating oil treatment plant is mainly used for treating the unqualified transformer oil, switch oil, mutual inductor oil in various large power equipments which are above 110 kV at outdoors.
 
 Series ZYD-M is developed on the basis of Double-stage vacuum transformer oil filtration machine Series ZYD. It has the same function of quickly remove liquid water, trace water, gas, particles as well as acetylene, hydrogen, methane and other harmful ingredients from oil effectively to improve oil’s dielectric strength, effectively making sure electrical equipment working safely and normally.
 
 Series ZYD-M can also be used as independent vacuum source with functions of vacuum drying, vacuum pumping and vacuum oiling like ZYD Series.
 This oil treatment plant is made in mobile type with Mobile Trailer (single-axle and double-axle are available as per need) which can be mounted on motor vehicle to move to any outside fields by public roads to proceed the treatment works at outdoors.

  2. Installation of car tyres, Bridge shock absorber, braking system and steel welding of entire trailer guarantee running safely.

  3. Duplex 3D stereo-evaporation, efficient oil film sprayer, eliminating the liquid water quickly, increasing separating size and separating time to ensure the dry-level and dielectric strength improving greatly.

  4. Multi-stage precision filtration system, high quality of stainless steel filters’ filtration combined with molecular adsorption technologies.

  5. Double-stage vacuum system, high vacuum pressure and high flow rate, strong power of vacuum evacuating

  6. Duplex 3D Stereo- evaporation technology combined with unique and advanced dewatering, degassing components, can rapidly and effectively separate water, gas from oil.

  7. Efficient electric heating system, heating uniformity, less power consumption, safe, and reliable.

  8. Double-infrared liquid level sensor, pressure protective system to ensure machine operation easy and safely.

  9. Adopt interlocked protective system, which connect oil pump, heater and liquid level sensor, avoiding blank heating, blank pumping, oil leak and electricity leak.

  10. Specially applied to proceed vacuum oiling and drying (Hot Oil Circulation / on-site Drying) for electrical power equipments which are over 110KV.

  11. Low maintenance cost and time and Advanced dielectric Condenser devices.
