This machine is mainly used to rewind and slit toilet paper ,nonwoven, dustless paper. It rewind single ply into double ply or three ply or four ply of small jumbo roll with different specifications which will be used for folding tissues, napkin paper, box drawing face tissue, sanitary tissue etc. This machine has good feature, the whole machine structure is reasonable and compact, fully use pneumatic devices, running stably at fast speed, has easy operation ,is the ideal equipment for paper mill and nonwoven factory.
 
Main Features.
 
It consists of pneumatic lifting device, raw paper unwind system, main machine
body rack, calender structure, slitting system, rewinding system etc .It absorbs the advantages of the similar equipments from home and abroad, adopts domestic high grade main parts. It has good feature, fully use pneumatic devices, running stably at fast speed, has easy operation.
Whole machine adopts superior steel to design and manufacture precisely, the parts which contact the raw paper all are process with advanced metal face dealing craftswork.It adopts pneumatic lifting device ,so can save the labor to load the raw paper ,also it adopts pneumatic type raw paper unwinding device and pneumatic type holding, rewinding structure. The slitting blade are all superior ,durable ,wear well, and can be exchanged easily and adjusted slitting specification. The whole machine has the fan absorbing edge function ,the stepless speed regulating motor is easy to control and adjust. The electrical control box panel is easy and can operate easily.
