I. Introduction
This machine is used to produce adult diaper pads as the picture shown above.
II. Function and Features
Main shaft drive, permanent tension control, material unwind by servo driving, pneumatic material loading shaft, production automatically control, auto-splicing, auto-rejecting, equips material web controllers and touch screen with man-machine conversation interface, which can realize figure control. It can also monitor, display and alarm the failure and conversion state when machine running.
The whole machine is reasonable in distribution, complete in equipment, convenient in installation, operation and maintenance.
Material loading shaft adopts pneumatic shaft.
Driving system adopts main shaft driving.
With hammer type crusher
Crushing amount is 450kg/ h.
There is a sensor for SAP powder adding device, when material used up, machine will alarm.
Automatically inspect materials and reject wasted products, automatically rectify.
Controlled by Mitsubishi Q series PLC and touch screen.
Power supplies have independent switches protection. Control lines are separated from motive lines.
