ZK dolomite ball mill machine details:
The GZM series conical dolomite ball mill machine is a new type of energy-saving machine invented in Gold Capital of Zhao Yuan. After nearly 30 years of development, this dolomite ball mill machine has already played a leading role in the field of grinding. It has the following features:
1.Using large diameter double row self-aligning bearings instead of the ordinary, a long service life, free maintenance and low friction, the actual energy consumption can be reduced by 15-30%, it is easy to start.
2.A conical structure is adopted near the discharge end, which reinforces the mill, more importantly, it makes the steel balls classified naturally, with small diameter of the steel balls near the discharging hole and fine grain size of the materials milled.
3.By adopting an integral steel under-frame, the installation precision is high and easy to install, with a short cycle.
4.By adopting drum feeder instead of combined feeder, there is no inertial impact. Thus, the mill runs stably, the maintenance downtime is reduced and the efficiency is improved.
