Electromagnetic vibrating feeder can convey the granular, block materials evenly and continuously. Vibrating grizzly feeder contains plate type feeder and type structure feeder. Steel plate feeder transports the material uniformly. Grate type feeder both have the function of conveying and sieving.Vibrating feeder is widely used in the screening equipment of metallurgy, crushing, mineral processing, coal, chemical industry, building materials,  abrasive and other industries. 

The vibrating feeder is composed of feeding tank, exciter, spring support and transmission device. The vibrating resource is exciter, which is consist of two eccentric shafts and gear pair. And the working principle of exciter is that drive shaft is driven by a motor through a triangle belt, and the upper gear of the driving shaft is meshed with the passive shaft to rotate, then two eccentric shafts rotate reversely at the same time to shake the tank. So vibrating feeder can achieve the goal of convey material continuously.
