Introduction
HZS90 concrete batching plant is common in the production of commodity concrete mixing station site, is a large concrete mixing station. It is composed of mixing system, aggregate supply system, powder storage system, measuring system, control system and equipment, with high productivity of fully automatic concrete mixing equipment, suitable for medium scale construction projects and precast plant and commercial concrete production enterprises. Commercial HZS90 concrete batching plant is also called HZS90 commercial concrete station, concrete mixing station. The mixing station host can be equipped with JS1500 double axle forced type concrete mixer or imported concrete mixer. The main engine is equipped with dust collector, which has the functions of automatic dust collection, dehumidification and exhaust ventilation, and the collected dust will be sent back to the host. Dust collecting effect is excellent. The cement silo is equipped with a cylindrical dust collector, which has high dust removal efficiency and low noise. The main frame is made of colorful steel plate, which is clean, beautiful, dustproof and has a good view. The double station combined installation is convenient for operation and saves the site.
Constructure
HZS90 concrete batching plant is composed of feeding, batching, mixing, electrical control and other parts of the automatic concrete mixing equipment. Aggregate batching using PLD2400 concrete batching machine.
It has the characteristics of loader feeding, electronic metering accuracy, aggregate inclined belt conveyor feeding, mixing tank at the top of a storage bucket; the aggregate, mixing station computer by JS1500 forced type twin shaft mixer, mixing quality, high efficiency; the water storage tank, or by the reservoir water supply, water scale; heavy branch is specialized in manufacturing JS series concrete mixer, cement concrete mixing station HZS (or fly ash powder) by cement storage bin, screw conveyor, cement weighing metering; liquid plus storage agent in the admixture storage tank after mixing, pumping admixture to scale. The discharging process by the electric control system of automatic control to complete the batching, mixing, and the control system has automatic peeling, automatic fall compensation; disturbance free switching between batching process automatic, semi-automatic and manual control and the three modes of operation; post and alarm function; print; computer management, contract formulation raw materials, vehicles and drivers; operation permission control parameters; television monitoring; control system adopts Schneider element, control room and sound insulation effect is good, safe and reliable, cost-effective air conditioner set station. It is suitable for construction project of middle scale or above, prefabricated parts factory and commodity concrete production plant.
