*General Information:
The clarified air goes into the dryig tower after being heated, and then use two three fluid nozzle to atomize the liquid into small dripping that will exchange the heating with the hot air to evaporize the water content in the liquid (or solution), the water content will be discharged as the hot air comes out, and finally the powder or particle products come out.
*Characteristics:
It is suitable for drying the liquid, especially for the viscous or paste materials, which the other equipment can't replace it.
The structure is very reasonable, which maintainence is easy and the running cost is very low. It is suitable for automatic production line.
The finished product is powder or particle, the customer can adjust the powder or particle size as they required.
The fluidity and particle size very good, basically it is ball particle.
