*Work Theory and Application
DWP is spray stream dryer. The hot air is sprayed onto the materials from up to down at same time. Since the spray speed is more than 15m/s, the film is very thin and the drying speed is very quick. It is used for airtight materials which the air stream will return to the top when spray on the top while the air stream return to the bottom when spray on the bottom, and then cycle. It has strong penetrability. The heating source can be steam, electricity, hot oven or fuel, etc.
It is mainly used for drying fiber board, plasterboard, paper board and coating. Also, it is used for drying special materials, such as slice materials.
