*General Information:
It is composed of mixer, wet-pelleting machine, continous motion dryer and sorting sieve. It is suitable for sieving chicken essence, mushroom and compound flavouring. It adopts continous line and automatic feeding and discharging, which avoid the cross-pollution by the interval production. Besides, it adopts combined heating method and there is cooling technology at the end of drying room, so the continous production is very good.
It can make cleaning device inside the drying room for clean it after or before the shift, or clean it before produce another productions.
It adopts advanced technology which can rank parrallel with the international level.

#It is continous production which can finish mixing raw materials, pelleting, and drying, sieving and final packing. It is closed production line which will reduce the environment pollution and human-materials cross pollution, so it will improve the food health.
#It is featured with big output and high thermal efficiency. Also, the hot-air cycle technology makes it energy-saving. The combined heating technology make the temperature and water content be adjustable according to different drying materials.
#It can change the sieve screen base on the customer's requirement.
#There is thermal meter on each unit to test the drying temperature. It can adjust the net convey speed according to actual temperature value.
#There is interlock and warning function which can avoid the improper operation to assure the safety.
