Four Quadrant Vector Control Three Phase Inverter 400Hz 3AC 500V , Power Supply Inverter
Description:
CHA100 series four quadrant vector control 3 phase inverter which adopts PWM-controlled rectification technology upon IGBT, can achieve bidirectional control over rectification and power feedback. The power factor is close to be 1.The Main circuit consists of modular units, and various power rating inverters can be composed of unit modules by parallel connection.
Features:
1. Rectifier/Regenerative unit can regenerative the energy back to gird via the sine wave. Compared to the classical braking unit plus braking resistance, this technology is more effective in energy saving and beneficial to surrounding.
2. Current harmonics on line side is little, and the power factor of fundamental wave is close to 1.
3. Excellent performance of close loop vector control: Output torque is up to 200% at zero speed.
4. To simplify the system and maintain system conveniently, power unit of Rectifier is the same with inverter’s in hardware configuration.
5. To work together with common DC bus, rectifier and inverter adopt completely independent control solution.
6. Power-up logic control, brake control, over-speed protection and start-up torque previous compensation which ensure that the crane runs safely and reliably.
7. Adopts Profibus-DP and Modbus communication protocol.
8. Mater-slave control function fulfills power balance and speed synchronization of multi-motor application.
9. To control the system conveniently and decrease the costs, the 2nd control and switching function is available.
10. Control mode: Sensorless vector control, Vector control, V/F control .
11. Abundant peripheral interface.
12. Double protection on system and units, time sequence control, guard protection control.
