Automatic Rigid Box line available in all kinds of rigid set up box ( bottom and top boxes ) like shoe boxes, cell phone boxes, shirt boxes, garment boxes, gift boxes, jewelry boxes, chocolate boxes, hardware boxes, high grade food boxes, electronic boxes, packaging boxes ect.
Features :
1)Automatic Rigid Box line: High output: 1200-1800 pcs/ hour
2) Automatic Rigid Box line: High-precision: Adopt Switzerland find throttling valve and electric eye rectify a deviation (error is ±0.1mm)
3) Automatic Rigid Box line: Feed use servo feeder control system. It saves about 20-30 mins. for adjust the paper feeder part when change the size. Traditional machine using the cam control system which needs to adjust the gears when change the size of paper. The new system (servo feeder) makes it easier and faster. Just input the size of the paper into the computer, machine can automatically adjust the glue feeder part.
4Automatic Rigid Box line:Turning in edge up to 45 mm:Suit to high quality box production. Please note that the box width must up to 90mm when turn 45mm edge into the bottom. (Optional device)
5) Automatic Rigid Box line: Black and white beltBlack and white belt which suit to different colors of paper sheet. Save 3 hours for changing the belt when making different colors of paper.
6) Automatic Rigid Box line: Suit to use the PE tape. Traditional machine is using the Kraft paper which is much thicker on the corner part. After wrapping the box, there is a mark on the corner part. But using PE tape, the corner part wrapping can be much better as the PE tape is much thinner. ( Option device)

We don’t provide air compressor. (8 atm=0.808MPA , 7.5KW compressor is needed)
