Automatic rigid box maker Features:
1) The machinewith High output: therigid box maker running speed can up to 1500-1800 pcs/ hour. 1 operatorrun the machine, 1 assistant for adding materials. 2 QC check the quality whenbox come out and then pack.
2) Thisrigid box maker with High-precision: The machine spotter unit applies high techGermanycamera with 5 million pixel and Japan TOYO mechanical arm which increase theaccuracy of the position part. (spotter accuracy± 0.05mm. ). Suits to high accuracy rigid boxproduction, like ring box, watch box ect.
3) Therigid box machine’s paper feeder uses servo feeder control system. It savesabout 10-20 mins. for adjust the paper feeder part when change the size.
Traditionalrigid box machine is using the cam control system which needs to adjust thegears when change the size of paper. The new system of this rigid box maker (servofeeder) makes it easier and faster. Just input the size of the paper into thecomputer, machine can automatically adjust the glue feeder part.
4) Standardrigid box machine is using the Kraft paper which is thick on the corner part.After wrapping the rigid box, there is a mark on the corner part. But using PEtape, the corner part wrapping can be much better as the PE tape is muchthinner. ( Option device)
