Paper Machine(Chain Conveyor) is intended particularly for loading of waste paper(loose or in bales) or chemical pulp into a pulper both in the waste paper pulp deinking system and waste paper OCC pulp system. As to their design, basic dimensions and parameters may differ and can be adapted to particular projects. Waste paper (loose or in bales), respectively chemical pulp, is loaded in a hopper and from here conveyed by means of a conveying chain or a band to its discharging point where falling into a pulper chest.
A driving unit shaft is bedded in a bearing frame of the conveyor discharging station. On this shaft there are chain wheels providing torque transmission from its electric gearbox. The shaft is coupled to a slip-on gearbox and a motor. The chain wheels drive the linked chain whose right and the left stands are connected through bearing profiles. The conveyor band, with its drive dogs and steel links, is badded on these profiles.
The conveyor stretching station comprised chain wheels, or chain pulleys, guiding the chain being stretched by means of a tightening screw. Behind this station there is a loading part for loading of materials to be conveyed. Chain pulleys are bedded on L-shapped profiles welded to the framing along the whole conveyer. Surface finish is proposed usually according to actual on-site ambient conditions.
