High efficiency cleaner is the forward cleaner adopting the centrifugal principle removal of impurities in pulps. Cleaner body is made of wear-resistant polyester shaped by once or wear-resisting stainless steels, with ceramic cone assembling at the bottom and wear glass sight pipe easily observing the running conditions inside. It is also acceptable for long term continuous running, while with the highly wear-resistable materials, the costs in replacing spare parts are very low.
Professional rectangular inlet design helps and expedites the inlet pulp with low pressure become stable swirling. By adopting of the design of the exclusive one special pulp-save cone in China, solids emissions gradually reduce under the condition of high cleaning efficiency, from which the fiber loss can be reduced thoroughly. It is applied to every pulp purification system for the removal of peddles, ashes, coating particles that are of higher density than fibers, and also the removal of large size ink particles in waste paper deinking system.
