It is a newly multifunctional cleaning system developed by us, on the basis of integrating advanced pulp purification technologies from home and abroad, making full use of hydro-mechanical principles, cleaning light and heavy impurities at the same time.
The system is mainly composed of primary stage CDC multifunctional cleaner, secondary CDC-H high density cleaner, third stage CMC high density cleaner (with fiber recovery devices), vacuum tank, X-L-Cleaner light impurity cleaner,etc The upper part of the cleaner is of wear-resistant stainless steel, the bottom part of wear resistant polyurethane polymer, and the main machine inner-wall is spiral in design. It is mainly used for pulp purification system, in which involved removal sand, dust, and iron the heavy impurities, and also plastic films, foams, wax, and stickies the light impurities.
