Use and principle:
This machine is suitable for various craftwork test of low bath ratio and rapid dye by factory research laboratory and can test dyeing and coloring performance of different dyestuff, various textile fiber. It also can test the color matching compatibility
Temperature, time, heating, warm-keeping and other dyeing parameters are controlled by private testing computer automatically.
This machine is for laboratory, it belongs to high temperature bath tube rotary and high temperature and pressure dyeing machine. bath vat is open type which adopts Polyethylene glycol (peg) or glycerin industrial glycerol as heating medium. Dyeing tube works in high temperature and glycerin to move around the spindle vertical to suit the different dyeing fabric for dyeing. A native of the dye bath heating rate, holding time working process by monitoring instrument.
Main technical features:
Min. dyeing liquor ratio is 1:3, can conduct a variety of tests liquor ratio dyeing.
Fastest heating rate of 5℃/minute, dyeing can also request free choice in 1~5℃/min range.
Can be used to dye fabrics, yarn, thread and fiber.
Each time can test 12 dyeing condition in the same time.
Dyeing tube 200 ml, is made of stainless steel.
