Horizontal cylinder: dyeing machine body adopts Stainless Steel 316L Cover sealing: silicon rubber sealing belt, internal pressure self-sealing Uncovering type: manual uncovering Safety device: trebling safety interlocking mechanism; temperature pressure protection, ensure that the cover not open above 80 ℃ or main cylinder has pressure; main cylinder and heat exchanger have safety valve and pressure gage; there is overload,fault alarm system. Main low pressure assembly is from Suzhou Siemens, equipeed with magnetic valve, pressure regulating valve, moisture separator etc; equipped with safety alarming function, high temperature alarming(above 80℃),normal temperature display,feeding calling,safety alarming.
