This line is the special equipment for corrugated board production. It may mainly includes mill roll stand, single facer, conveyor bridge, glue machine, double facer, slitter, cut-off, stacker and steam(or oil) heating system and glue preparing and supplying system.

We offer corrugated lines of advanced, medium and simple level, for single wall, double wall and triple wall board production, with speeds varying from 40m/min to 150m/min, widths available from 1400mm to 2500mm.

1. the whole length of the machine is 60 meters.
2. the whole power of the machine is 110kw
3. mill roll stand: the two holder can lift and lower independently
4. single facer:the diameter of the corrugating roll is 265mm-310mm,the power is 11kw-17kv
5. double layer gluing machine :using the top and middler layer for gluing and the bottom for conveying the reel paper.
6. drying machine:the total length of the machine is 10meters and it is made of 14 pieces of heater plates .pneumatic strain device and conveyor bell separate automatically once the power is out
7. definite form part:the whole length is 6 meters and it is consist of molded axle.
8. slitting machine :there are thick knife and common knife for chosening .high degree automation and easy operation.
9. transverse cutting machine:there are four matching mode which are computerized and mechanical single-double knife for client to choose
10. the coal consumption for the boiler is 120kg/hour
The boiler belongs to the energy-saving type without pressure.it  doesn't consumes the oil within two hours from 0°C to starting the machine.
