The product is LDPE (low density polyethylene) as the main material, through DCP (cross-linking agent) bridge, adopting AC (azo type foaming agent) foaming of new material. In the process of production can lead to add other material modification. |
Introduction and Application:
The structure of XPE foam material is independent hole enclosure structure, it has the function of heat preservation and heat
insulation. Meanwhile it features with noise reducing ,water proof. And it has the properties of heat resistance, anti aging and
environmental protection and its coil shape and lamination features, so this product can be widely used in central air conditioning
project, pipe project, large container, advanced composite layer; bag lining, packaging of integrated circuit board, sole of
advanced sports shoes, cushion and heat insulation for car, decoration material, floating material and single or double coat
adhesive tape and so on.
The surface of IXPE is smooth, close and vesicle is tiny and even. This product is widely used in building, chemical pipe,
thermal projects,car and boat manufacture, package, agriculture, fishery, gym and musement fields.
